Appraisal Fees

Need to pay for appraisal but can't be there in person to pay the appraiser.

You can pay here and we'll meet them at the project to review the project for you. 

 Appraisal fee is $475.00 the $50 extra is to cover Pay pal fees, our attendance fee, and  gets you a copy of the appraisal (well worth it).  

You can always pre-send your check or attend the appraisal and pay at the door.
